A Proven Leader in Multifamily Investments

Thomas Manglaviti
Founder & CEO
Thomas is an experienced real estate investment professional with a focus on acquiring, improving, and repositioning multifamily properties. Over the course of his career, he has led the acquisition of 3,789 units valued at $280 million and successfully exited 1,524 units totaling $203 million in value. His disciplined, data-driven approach has consistently created strong returns for investors while mitigating downside risk.

Prior to founding IronOak, Thomas served as Director of Acquisitions at Sureste Properties, where he helped scale the firm’s portfolio from 275 to 3,570 units across the Southeast. He began his career at American Realty Capital, one of the largest non-traded REIT sponsors at the time, where he raised over $250 million annually and was recognized for managing one of the top-performing capital markets territories in the U.S.

Thomas holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BS in Business Management from Providence College, where he competed as a Division I track athlete. The same work ethic and focus that defined his athletic career carry into his investment philosophy today: stay disciplined, act decisively, and protect investor capital above all.

He believes multifamily real estate is one of the most resilient paths to building long-term wealth and financial independence—and that investors deserve institutional-quality deals without the bureaucracy of Wall Street.

Outside of real estate, Thomas enjoys weightlifting, spending time with family, and dining at his family's restaurant, La Parmigiana, in the Hamptons.
